Each athletes goes through three training cycles each year: pre, in, and post season training. At Sports Yoga Hawaii we want to help aid you along each phase to make you a better player.
Our Pre-season training is designed to help you get ready for your season. During this phase, we want to uncover where any potential weakness in the body and also work on improving your strength, flexibility and balance.
When you’re in-season your body goes through a lot of stress and during this phase, it needs a restorative session. Our restorative sessions are designed to help re-energize your body and get you ready for the next week or for the big game.
As your season ends, you put your body through a grueling season and now it’s time to rest but to keep your body in tip-top shape you still need to get in a few session. Our post-season sessions are designed to keep your body in peak condition and ready for the next.
We suggest that you start with our pre-season training, however, you can start at any phase you’d like depending on where you are in your training.
