Aloha
This is for my daughter who is 15 and had a soccer injury then a terrible track season due to not fully recovering
As soon as finals are over I would like to sign her up for the 4 classes and then the yoga for runners
Thank you

Nice post, David. Although I do or try to do 6 or your 8 points (not reading obits or listening to music in the morning), I agree that posted reminders can help.

A couple of years ago I took an online Buddhism course (which I highly recommend), "Awakening Joy." Three questions are posted above my desk:

Today,
what am I grateful for?
what did I enjoy today?
where do I feel satisfied?

These are the questions you can ask of yourself at the end of your workday or before you fall asleep.

Hi David,

Sorry I haven't been able to sign up for more classes. I've been having problems with my left arm/elbow, due to "mouse-itis" and too much computer stuffs. On Monday March 28, I had muscle spasms that felt like my arm was going through labor pains. Ended up at Kahala Urgent Care. They gave me muscle relaxers (which I took for one day and stopped) and advil. Long story short, arm still sore. As soon as it gets better, I'll be back at yoga. Really looking forward to coming to a class. I did sign up for the 2 week offer a few days ago.

I will print those eight tips. I too, do believe in "it's all about attitude". We do have the choice of being grumpy or happy. That don't mean I don't have my "ugly" moments but I do try very hard to be the best person I can be.

I'm sure it's a very hard time to start a new business. With the economy the way it is, people need to make choices. Yoga or dinner for the family. I understand that too. I wish you all the best in your business. I will try to pass the word to other parents in our soccer community about your classes. There was a really good article in yesterdays paper about sports and youth. I hope you get to read it.

Looking forward to signing up for more classes. Til then, take care and have a blessed day!
